In a wonderful new interactive venue, this live online event will be informative, inspiring and fun. Dr Teri will show how to shift our mindset to step into a healing journey starting right now.
We can choose to live in the past, sit on the sidelines, and talk about the problems, what's not working what is lacking, what is broken......and play that story over and over OR we can choose to focus on what is working. What makes us feel good and strong, and build a resiliant plan for 2024.
In this workshop we will breakout and discuss the things that will move us toward an empowered healing journey. In this 90 minute event Dr Teri will talk about the mindset shift to creating a new holiday reality, stress managment, food and digestion, movement, essential self care and more.
