It was some time ago that I realized that health, and healing, and recovery and everyday life maintenance were much more than searching for an external answer and following whatever the crowd was doing. That at the end of the day, beyond the papers and studies, the prescriptions, supplements and diet – the single most powerful resource on my journey to live an extraordinary life despite the diagnosis of MS, was just me. Me and the thoughts, patterns and behaviours that kept repeating the loop of MS. I have sought a spiritual path to some degree all my life so being able to connect with my body was not a foreign concept.
