Four Pillars for MS Success is your starting place—or your reset point. Led by Dr. Teri Jaklin, ND, IFMCP, this self-paced program introduces the foundational practices that support every aspect of healing with MS: therapeutic self-care, movement and strength, eating to beat MS, and connecting mind and body. Working with each of these Pillars will help you create daily habits that help everything else you do work better—they reduce inflammation, support immune regulation, activate the vagus nerve, and optimize the body’s natural healing systems.
